How to Sell
Here at Pax Romana Auctions we are always looking to buy and consign both individual items or entire collections. Our consignment service allows you to sell on your ancient art stress free, as we handle all the logistics. This means you can just enjoy your ancient art as long as possible. As it is a key part of the services we offer our clients, we’re happy to appraise the objects you consider selling free of charge.

When you contact us, please tell us as much information as possible, including:
- Photos of the item at a range of different angles.
- In what country are the items located.
- Then, once we receive this information, we will perform the necessary research and get back to you within 2-3 business days

When we Consign Antiquities we offer you all of the following benefits:
Low Seller’s Premium
We offer low seller’s premium of 10% +VAT when we consign antiquities, which is very flexible and can be negotiated depend on size and value of the consignments.
Profitability and High Sale Rates
Our aim is to make your experience with us easy and profitable. We will not sell the item at lower then agreed price and we will make sure all of your items sell, during or post auction. Indeed, the sale rate for our auction is high, between 70% – 96%.
Free Advice and Appraisal
We do not charge you for advice and appraisal so Contact us now with images of your collection and we will get back to you in 24 hours.
No Extra or Hidden Charges
No charge for photography, unsold lots or insurance. We are always transparent and professional.
